Welcome to **Kaustubh** (kaustubh.shop), operated by **Pervinca Studio LLP**, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

## Products
All products are handcrafted or hand-finished. Minor variations in finish, weight and detailing are natural to craft objects and are not defects. Product images are as accurate as photography allows; slight colour variation may occur across screens. Silver-plated and sterling silver items are described as such on each product page.

## Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at checkout through **Razorpay**, our authorised payment gateway, supporting UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error is discovered after you order, we will contact you before proceeding.

## Orders and cancellation by us
We may cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or serviceability issues, with a full refund of any amount paid, processed to your original payment method through Razorpay.

## Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines, charges and serviceability are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

## Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.

## Corporate and bulk orders
Corporate and bulk gifting orders are quoted separately and may carry their own commercial terms (advance payment, customisation, timelines), which will be confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

## Intellectual property
The Kaustubh name, wordmark, website content, product photography and packaging designs are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

## Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

## Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at **Mumbai, Maharashtra** shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
