Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes through reputed, insured courier partners, dispatched from **Mumbai, Maharashtra**. International shipping is currently available on request, write to connect@kaustubh.shop for a quote.

Timelines

Dispatch: in-stock items are dispatched within **2to4 working days** of order confirmation. Personalised or made-to-order items carry the timeline shown on the product page or confirmed with you in writing.

Delivery: metro cities typically receive orders within **3to7 working days** of dispatch; other locations within **5to10 working days**. Timelines may extend during festive peaks; we will keep you informed.

Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown transparently at checkout before payment. Orders above any free-shipping threshold shown on the website ship free.

Insurance and packaging
Every shipment is **fully insured in transit** and packed in protective, gift-ready Kaustubh packaging. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier at delivery (or refuse delivery) and inform us within 48 hours at connect@kaustubh.shop.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed/messaged to you on dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for 72 hours, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.

Delays beyond our control
Weather, strikes, and courier or regulatory disruptions can occasionally delay delivery. We will proactively inform you and work to resolve delays, but are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
